Account Representative – Northern CA

[please apply online] Account Representative - Northern CA - you are the face for the company as the exclusive representative in a protected geographic territory representing Match Eyewear’s portfolio of eight fashion brands. You are the key relationship for an existing account base and to grow our client base with eyecare professionals in Northern CA and Reno NV. (Ophthalmologist, Optometrist, Opticians). Your commitment will be rewarded from the uncapped customer base and compensation plan to earn a six-figure income for years to come. All in addition to a professional stable medical industry representing a respected family-owned company that will provide support, appreciation and career growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

· Build, lead and grow your own book of business, selling to our account base from A to C Level Accounts.

· Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quota.

· Focus on executing transactions in an assigned territory and prospect for new opportunities.

· Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to industry experienced executives the value of our product.

· Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects.

· Foster positive relationships within the Optical Industry, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue.

· Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go to market strategy to build qualified accounts.

· Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.

What You Have

· Passion and commitment to earn a six-figure Income – let’s start there!

· BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

· Effective presentation and communication skills for both cold calling and growing an existing account.

· Ability to category sell for placement of each brand.

· Understanding of the sales cycle – ability to overcome objections.

· Self-motivated, strong time management skills for effective planning and preparation.

· Availability for 20%-30% Overnight Travel

· Competitive spirit to meet sales goals and be a top performer.

· MS Office proficiency.

· Must work well in a team selling environment.

· Outside Territory Sales Experience.

· 1+ Years Optical Sales Experience.
